Heat Fusing

The process of Heat Fusing is to heat thermo-weldable lettering or logos to a temperature of 200 degrees and adhere the logo under pressure to the required garments giving an excellent cost effective print.

Single colour heat fused lettering and logos are ideal for larger areas eg. jacket backs etc, that require a form of corporate branding and is probably the most cost effective form of print in the 1 to 20 garment range, over 20 garments and Screen Print may be the preferred choice.

Our highly qualified staff will always call to offer their advice should they think you may have ordered a form of print or embroidery which may not be suitable.
