FAQ
Delivery
We will always aim to despatch goods within 7-14 days, subject to stock availability. We will email you to confirm your order and give you an estimated delivery date as soon as possible after receiving your order. If your order is urgent or you have any special requirements then please call or email us with your needs.
Most of our deliveries will require a signature so please make sure that someone is available to sign for the goods.
Postage charges
UK Delivery
Postage is free on all orders over £60.00 for delivery to UK mainland addresses.
Worldwide delivery & outside UK mainland
Charges on request.
Returns
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 10 days of the date you received the item for refund/replacement. We recommend that you send all returns fully insured as we cannot accept responsibility for goods not received.
Discounts
Discounts are available on multiple orders. Please contact us with your requirements and we will work out the best price we can.
Duties/Taxes
All our prices include VAT at the current UK rate of 15%. If you are purchasing from outside the UK you will not be charged VAT, but please note that it is your responsibility to take care of any possible import duties on arrival in your own country.
